Mauritius Honeymoon Guide

With so many beaches, clean lagoons and inlets along the 330km coastline there’s plenty of opportunity for honeymoon couples to go swimming, snorkelling and diving.

Alternatively, try on a diving helmet with piped air and walk underwater at Belle Mare or cruise Grand Baie in a submarine.

Hike to the summit of Montagne du Lion at Grand Port for great views of the interior of the island or to the Black River Gorges National Park, Réserve Forrestière Macchabée and Rivière Noire National Park for some of the best trails in Mauritius.

Rodrigues Island also has some great hiking country, with coastal and mountain walks to the island’s highest points of Mount Limon and Mount Malartic.

Diving
