As one of the most popular museums in Germany, it attracts around one million visitors every year who are keen to explore the rich history and art on display.

Haus der Geschichte is a part of the prestigious Haus der Geschichte der Bundesrepublik Deutschland Foundation, along with other iconic museums such as the “Zeitgeschichtliches Forum Leipzig”, the “Tränenpalast” am Bahnhof Friedrichstraße and the “Museum in the Kulturbrauerei”.

This foundation has its place of business in the historic city of Bonn, where it continues to expand its collection of historical and cultural artifacts.
